Flaxur is registered as a Limited by Guarantee and operates as a public-benefit, non-profit organisation. The organisation exists to advance social, educational, economic, and community development through programmes, research, training, capacity building, and related initiatives that contribute to public benefit. Flaxur does not distribute profits to individuals or shareholders. Any surplus generated through its activities is reinvested into the organisation’s mission and programmes in line with its governing documents.
