Where Flaxur engages suppliers or service providers, we expect:
- Fair and transparent pricing.
- Clear scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Lawful operations and ethical sourcing practices where relevant.
- Non-collusion in RFQs or tenders.
- Accurate invoicing and supporting documentation.
Flaxur reserves the right to request references, documentation, or due diligence information before engagement.
Where these standards are not met, Flaxur may take actions such as:
- Requesting corrective action.
- Suspending or terminating an engagement.
- Withholding or recovering funds where applicable.
- Excluding an organisation or individual from future opportunities.
- Escalating matters through governance channels.
- Reporting to relevant authorities where required.
Actions taken will be proportionate to the risk, severity, and impact of the breach.
We encourage early reporting of concerns, including suspected misconduct, misuse of resources, fraud, corruption, safeguarding risks, or serious breaches of these standards.
